Women’s Wellness Weekend Retreat Nov 27-29

This retreat will connect you to yourself, empower you through education to transform your life through breath, brain and body.

I want to help you connect back to yourself after all the ways you may have struggled.

Learn about the neuroendocrine change that affects every tissue in your body as you transition from menstruation to post-menopause.

You deserve rest, to listen, learn and reset your relationship with movement, nutrition, your body and its rhythm together with your hormones.

Was there a time you were active, fit, and felt on the top of your game?

Perimenopause should not be an impending doom.

You CAN reclaim how you will transform.

You can connect

and you WILL feel like the strong, empowered

Warrior Woman you are!

“When you have your health, you are unstoppable!”

Here’s my story

After 8 concussions and a serious neck injury, I was sidelined from the activities that I love the most. It’s been two years and I’ve rebuilt my brain and body better than ever before. With strength, resilience, persistence and support, I was able to get back to the Warrior Woman I am. Having the right tools and modalities made all the difference. I want to share those with you.

It’s okay to be missing the tools for success but having the right support can change that all. I want to give you the wellness tools you’re missing so you can build physical strength in your female body and mental strength for a warrior mindset.

You are never fully out of commission. That is what injury taught me. There are always ways to see progression. The multitude of decisions every day is a culminating picture of progression. Create compound interest in your efforts toward a quality of life on YOUR terms.

You deserve to feel AWE-mazing in your body!

“This retreat was a transformative experience that blended femininity, spirituality, nutritional counselling, therapeutic massage therapies, and education with a community of likeminded women. “Adriana has an exceptional enthusiasm for health which helped us realize that the 60’s weren’t too late to get fit and improve our quality of life. Her knowledge of the human body has been invaluable and our weekly session is like therapy. Not only are our bodies fitter, but our energy and attitudes. It’s always a soul session as her happy spirit is contagious.
I cannot recommend her enough. ”
